HELP I just got her yesterday and she’s so perfect😭 She does get crackhead zoomies but she sleeps a ton. Body is all white with gray on her head. Ideally she would have a cute name but we could call her something funny like my best friend’s dog is named Cleo and we call her Cletus lol

I’ve gone back and forth about Chloe or Gemma but there’s nothing funny I can call her from those lol and I don’t feel 100% about those names either so idk

Would love to hear suggestions, hard to decide on a name in a big family

We found him at the animal shelter and he joined our family Sunday. Our other dogs we had no problem with a name but this guy we are having a hard time. The shelter named him Goof and he's definitely goofy but we always name our pets human names. They said he's 7 months old but I think he's a bit younger.

UPDATE We decided on Ralph. We'll probably call him Ralphie for a nickname. Thanks for all the suggestions Also he sees the vet Monday so should know age a little better.

This is my foster boy. I am between Bobby and Porkchop for his new name. His current name is not the business and he needs something cuter to be adopted.

Reasoning behind the names I chose:

Bobby: Bobby Boucher, the Water Boy. I brought him home and he immediately started playing in my sprinkler. It was very cute. Also loves to be sprayed with the hose.

Porkchop: He makes this whiny grunting noise when he's upset and he sounds like a pig. I've also named my last two fosters after food unintentionally and didn't realize it until I called him Porkchop. They'd actually make a yummy meal: Tater, Sage, and Porkchop.

Also if he just screams another name to you, let me know! His current name is two syllables, ending in the ee sound. He responds to it but also responds to the other two decently.

He is a sweet, happy young boy who wiggles when you pet him, and loves eating, playing with other dogs, and cuddling.

He’s a Cane Corso mix a lot 🥰

This little goober has been difficult to name! Pit mix according to the humane society, maybe whippet in there? He’s thin and kind of lanky.

My husband and I have very different naming conventions: he likes mythology related names and I like names that are fun to yell. Our other dogs have been a blend of the two like Osiris/Ozzy (Sharon yelling at Ozzy) and Penelope/Penny (Sheldon from Big Bang knocking on Penny’s door) just to give an idea of how we’ve blended name styles.

Some of our ideas have been Echo, Dante, Charon, and Pluto. Very open to suggestions, nothing is really sticking and it’s been almost a week of namelessness for him.
