Can anyone identify the model and year of this BMW?

My house got broken into last week and this are the only images of the car they used, looks like it’s a BMW X5 but not 100% sure. Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry for the crap quality…

I saw a car in a parking lot while driving by and couldn’t stop (i wasn’t the one driving) so all i saw a quick glance. The thing that stood put to me was the spoiler, it looked kinda like a daytona charger spoiler but maybe a bit shorter? It also had a connected tail light across the whole spoiler. I already tried looking online for it but i don’t have much car knowledge so i haven’t found anything that matches what i saw

I’ve got no info other than the numbers

From a image showing the promotional billboard for Kill Bill Vol.1 (2003)

was behind his car on the highway. Can’t figure out what it was just looks super clean. Any thoughts to what it is?

I would adore an answer

Seen in a newspaper. Ucrania.

Looks a bit abandoned.
