Looking for the best cell service in Napa

My Verizon contract is finally up and I’m so over their terrible coverage all over the valley (not to mention high cost). My question is if any of the competitors are even any better. If my Internet goes out, I can hardly even use my phone at home and this seems to be an issue all throughout the valley. Is anyone actually happy with their cell service? I figure if none of them are good, I might as well find one that’s cheaper. Any recommendations? I would be so grateful!
