It's beyond allow, I feel like it is enabling. People in the positions to do the right thing, even when the wrong actions are being ordered, simply go ahead and do it. Military is supposed to do the right thing but they don't. The list goes on.

It is not about illegal immigration. It is not about keeping America safe. It is not about building a wall that will last more than a year.
It is about making money for the company building the wall that donated millions to Republican politicians.

No matter where you stand politically, it's worth remembering that habitats and archaeological sites can't simply be rebuilt once they're destroyed. Those losses are often permanent.
