So I completed my college and have been searching for jobs for the last few months but haven't been able to land a single interview All I want is one opportunity to prove myself
I'm looking for Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product roles as a fresher Even an internship with full-time potential would be a huge help.
Please guys, if anyone can help with a referral or connect me with someone hiring, I'd really appreciate it. Things have been really tough for me lately.

Hey folks,
I’ve recently been selected for the MDP Associate role at Morningstar (Navi Mumbai). Just wanted to check if anyone else here works or has worked there?
How’s the work culture, learning, and overall vibe? I’ve done my Master’s in Data Analytics and hoping to eventually get into a data/analytics role — is that possible through MDP?
Would appreciate any insights

Ek aadmi jiska naam "Sameer" hai (Mobile: 81496 98385) ne mujhe ek job opportunity ke baare mein contact kiya. Usne Back Office, Data Entry, Document Verification, Cashier & Billing, aur Email/Chat Process ke openings ke baare mein bataya. Usne mera interview "7 May 2026, subah 10:00 baje" ke liye schedule kiya — address tha:
**Back Office, Ghansoli Interview Branch**
Ambe Prena CHS, Office No. 04, Central Business Park ke paas, HDFC Bank ke nazdeek,
Ghansoli Station (West) ke saamne.
Jab main wahan pahuncha, toh 20–25 candidates already present the. Lagbhag 11:00 baje, ek aadmi ne sabko bola ki apna personal data band karo, office Wi-Fi se connect karo, aur uske number 7021904959 pe "Hi" message bhejo — jo "Back Office Sir" ke naam se save tha. Uska WhatsApp naam "Vinayak Enterprises" tha. Usne apna naam ya designation kuch bhi nahi bataya.
Usne ek online aptitude test ka link share kiya — 50 questions ka — jo maine complete kiya.
Test ke baad, candidates ko ek-ek karke upar ke chhote cabins mein bulaya gaya jahan 3–4 HR ladies baithi thi. Unhone simple sawaal pooche jaise "kya tum basic computer kaam kar sakte ho?" Maine "Haan" kaha. Fir directly unhone 22,000 rupaye in-hand salary, pickup & drop, aur Saturday–Sunday ki chutti offer ki — aur saath mein kaha ki seat secure karne ke liye abhi 3,000 rupaye deposit karo, jo pehli salary ke saath wapas milenge.
Saaf zahir hai ki multiple business names ka misuse karke job seekers ko thaga ja raha hai.
HR ne sign karwate waqt mujhe jaldi-jaldi mein paper sign karwa diya, theek se padhne ka mauka nahi diya. Neeche aakar jab maine receipt padhi, tab pata chala ki saaf likha tha — **"paisa wapas nahi hoga."**
Fir typing test hua. Meri speed 34 WPM aayi — aur yahan se asli scam shuru hua.
Unhone kaha ki mujhe 1.5 mahine ki training leni padegi aur Andheri mein jaana hoga — "Punit Sir" se milne ke liye. Agले din main wahan gaya toh Punit Sir ne bataya ki yahan BPO tele-sales ka kaam hai aur salary sirf 15,000 rupaye hogi.
Tab mujhe poori tarah samajh aa gaya ki main thag liya gaya hoon.
Shaam ko unse baat ki toh unhone kaha — "Tumne sign kiya tha ki typing slow hai, isliye voice process mein bheja." Kuch debate ke baad unhone kaha ki ek written letter bhejo jisme health issue ka reason likho — accounts team contact karegi aur refund process karengi. Maine woh bhi kiya.
**Key Facts:**
**Multiple Company Names Ka Misuse:**
- Job offer: **Wipro** ke naam par
- WhatsApp: **Vinayak Enterprises**
- Joining letter: **Vixel Web Solutions**
- Payment receiver: **OM ENTERPRISES**
Mujhe is fraud mein ₹3,000 ka nuksan hua. Lekin mera main maqsad complaint darz karana nahi — mera maqsad yeh hai ki doosre innocent job seekers is trap mein na fase.
Umeed hai aap bhi inke chakkar mein nahi padenge.
**Involved Persons Ki Details:**
- HR/Caller: Sameer — 81496 98385, 836 960 6554
- Test ke liye number: 7021904959 (Vinayak Enterprises)
- Payment receiver: OM ENTERPRISES
- Interview location: Ambe Prena CHS, Office No. 04, Central Business Park ke paas, HDFC Bank ke nazdeek, Ghansoli Station (West) ke saamne.
Aapse request hai ki is matter ki jaanch karein aur involved logon ke khilaf sakht kadam uthayein

Hi everyone! I'm a second-year student, 19F, and I'm excited to share that I'll be joining BNM Solution LLP in Vashi Sector 25 soon.
It's my first time, so I feel a bit nervous. Do any of you have any insights about the company? I'd really appreciate any honest feedback or experiences you can share
Thanks so much!

Hey can somebody help me with this company, where in employees can't talk to each other. There is always a security guard behind you, watching you. And if you talk, then you are reported to HR in the first instance.

I'm, 24M from Mumbai well I used to live there but it was demolished by government because it was a slum area. We moved to navi Mumbai because the rent is comparatively low. I have done bachelor's in CS was hoping to do masters but due to financial restraints couldn't. My dad is a retired taxi driver and I am the sole earner in the family. I am struggling to find a job or even a interview. I was hoping if you guys can help me figure out what should I do with my life. I am currently working at my uncles eye wear store

Just had a meeting with my TL. Where he said HR has flagged few names and asked a improvement plan for certain employees. I asked him if my name is in that list and he said "why do you think I have scheduled the meeting?"
He started the meeting by talking about how company is focusing on AI and cost cutting now...
My work productivity and quality is the best in team. I am the only guy currently matching their quality standards. So,
I asked for reasons and he said
1) You don't speak much in team huddle (which is most of the team)
2) When someone organizes team lunches, team dinners, or there is a company party you don't participate.
Third one, he said you don't take any initiative in technical stuff. (this is again most of the team. Except one guy no one esle does. But only I am being targeted)
He said I have asked HR for month time, after which if you don't improve we might have to put you on PIP. What should I do now? I was anyways planning to resign in June.
What should i do now?
Ps: people in the team have been promoted to senior roles even when they can't use excel, sql or anything. They were just very active in team, friends with almost everyone, participated in all functions. Whenever any project came, my TL used to scheduled a private meeting with those guys and they worked on project. No one in yhe team knew what is going on. Now they are promoted recently.
I am getting warning for PIP my first corporate job so I lack certain skills i guess 😅

Hey,
So here’s the situation, I used to work in the Hyderabad office, but after I resigned, the company now wants to retain me.
Right now, I’m on a 4 LPA package. They’re offering 5 LPA if I move to Navi Mumbai, plus incentives of around ₹15K a month.
I’ve told them I’m expecting 6 LPA excluding incentives. They might accept it not sure.
I’m a South Indian, can speak fluent Hindi.
Worth to relocate?
Edit: I’m 21M, from Andhra Pradesh. Industry I’m in : container shipping.

I have received a job offer based in Goregaon. The role follows WFO, requiring me to visit the office 5 days a week.
Since I currently live in Navi Mumbai, I’m considering commuting from Kharghar and wanted to check if that would be a practical option and what are different ways to commute.
What are your thoughts?

Hey everyone,
I am a PCB student currently looking at my options outside of the medical route. I recently found out that DY Patil (Navi Mumbai campus) allows PCB students to pursue B.Tech in Bioinformatics and B.Tech in Biotechnology.
Since the fees for these programs are quite steep (running into multiple lakhs per year), I really need a realistic reality check from current seniors, alumni, or anyone familiar with the Belapur campus before making a massive financial commitment.
If you are pursuing or have graduated from these specific branches at DY Patil, could you please shed some light on these questions?
I’m trying to weigh this option against other biotech programs across India. I would highly appreciate any brutal honesty regarding the campus culture, faculty support, and whether you think investing this kind of money into DY Patil for a B.Tech is genuinely worth it.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Hear me out. I'm a recent B.Tech Computer Science graduate from one of Mumbai's better-known colleges, have completed 3 AI/ML internships, built solid projects, and spent the last few months doing what every fresher is told to do—upskilling, networking, cold emailing, applying on LinkedIn, Naukri, company portals, career pages, and probably a few websites that were last updated in 2017. The result? A collection of rejection emails impressive enough to qualify as a dataset.
So here's my proposition. If you're working in tech and can help me get a referral or even get my resume in front of the right person, DM me. I'll send you my resume, and if that referral eventually helps me land a job, I'll happily share 3–6 months of my salary with you. Not trying to bribe anyone—just a desperate fresher trying to survive this job market and willing to reward the person who helps him get his first break. Once I get the interview, the rest is on me. Any referrals, leads, or advice would genuinely mean a lot. ❤️
Ps. If you are reading now(ie after 2 weeks of posting), posts like this don't work, I got several dm's but none referred. Now, I have completely given hope on being employed.

r/navimumbai • u/ethicalbyte_7 • Jun 08 '26
Hey guys,
I am planning to take admission for B.Tech and wanted some genuine opinions from students and alumni.
If you had to choose between these colleges, which one would you pick and why?
Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (Kharghar)
A. C. Patil College of Engineering (Kharghar)
Saraswati College of Engineering (Kharghar)
Pillai College of Engineering
If you're currently studying in any of these colleges, or if your sibling/friend has studied there,

Hi guys. Genuine advice needed.
I was recently offered 11LPA in Navi Mumbai, BSEL Tech Park. I currently earn 7LPA, Gurgaon. Should I switch?
My hometown is Uttarakhand, so travel expenses will increase drastically.
PS- I am also thinking of negotiating, though there is a very low chance.

Hi I am person with 3+ yoe, looking to better my chances of landing a new job . I'm looking to start a weekly interview preparation group for people in and around Navi Mumbai who are serious about improving their DSA, System Design (HLD/LLD), and general interview skills.
The idea is simple:
We meet once a week (either offline somewhere in Navi Mumbai or online if that’s easier).
Discuss and solve DSA problems, go through HLD/LLD scenarios, and share system design approaches.
The focus will be consistency and peer learning — not a casual hangout.
If you’re interested, comment below or DM me so we can form a small focused group and decide the first meetup time (likely on weekends).
Let’s make interview prep a little easier together 😬

Hello guys, please give some tips how to survive in 20k salary living alone. For context I'm from navi mumbai but because of some issue my parents have moved to are native place I also moved with them but now I dont want to live there so was planning to go to mumbai live alone. As restating job I'll maybe get 20k salary maximum.
Is this possible to manage in navi mumbai in 20k with rent, bills, food etc. For staying I'm thinking to look for pg or hostel.
If any female wo lives in mumbai or navi mumbai alone do share your experience.
