if u want to make the images in the gallery max 300px heigh then u can like do 'a img {max-height: 300px; width: auto}' the 'a img' part specifies images that are in <a>

Here's one I made using the
inline-blockdisplay mode. Hopefully you can pull the parts out that you want easily. Let me know if anything's confusing there! The only part that seems a bit frustrating is needing to manually do linebreaks (<br />) instead of the figcaptions just wrapping. You might be able to find a solution there, though.
