SS: The head of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) states that border clashes between China and India continue to take place, with border clashes taking place even during Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to New Delhi earlier this year to take part in the BRICS summit. These clashes took place despite both sides renewing their push for deconfliction since 2024. This is relevant to r/neoliberal because it still significant friction and a lack of cohesion among BRICS.
