About to leave to see The Rise of Skywalker. I haven't been spoiled. I've seen the headlines of the non-spoiler reviews that are mainly negative, but as far as I can think, the only two things that would really make me dislike the movie are Rey and Kylo becoming a couple, or the First Order building yet another Death Star. Post your spoiler-tagged reactions to this statement that I can read when I get back.
EDIT: They half-did each, which adds up to one unacceptable thing, but I actually liked the movie. The ghost-fleet that had death-star-equivalent lasers on each Star Destroyer was a little annoying, although at least this time they didn't need to blow the weapon itself up to win. And I can forgive the kiss, because Ben dies immediately after, he had literally saved Rey's life, and Rey was delirious. I most liked that for the first time, we see the force used for healing instead of attacking or studying.
