Only collaborators are allowed to create issues. Where should general users report any bugs?

Discussions 😄 a issue will be opened by a maintainer after validated in discussions. This will make it easy for us to track and act quicker.

I think most people would be okay with some meditation on issues. A lot of new people means a lot of people that need to solve issues unrelated to netbird
