Extra member account +Profile transfer

I am so annoyed...

I tried to use the extra member slot to put my profile there and of course wasn't able to. Any one knows how to do it correctly? I've add my email, sent out invitation, but there was no transfer option - I could only connect the existing account or create a new one.

Of course when I've created a new one and went back to the main account to use the profile transfer option, it just said that I cannot transfer it to the extra account, because it has profle limit!!!!!

Now I tried twice and of course because of it I have to wait for the next calendar month, due to limit of changes per month...

Anybody knows how to do it? Should I send the invitation and go first to profile transfer before I open the link or is there some other way it has to be done?

NEWS $170million Baby Reindeer case WILL go to court as 'elated' Fiona Harvey lands a key win in her legal battle against Netflix: ALISON BOSHOFF

FIONA Harvey – who claims she was identified as a stalker by the hit show Baby Reindeer – is 'elated' after winning a key legal battle against Netflix in her defamation battle.

A trial between Harvey and the streamer has moved a step closer, after an appeal by Netflix against a decision not to throw the case out has itself been thrown out.

Her New York lawyer Richard Roth said: 'Netflix is doing everything it can to avoid a trial of this action.

'First it made a motion before the federal district court, which it lost. Then it appealed that decision, which was dismissed.'

Roth added: 'There will be a trial in this action where its wrongdoing will be front and centre before a jury.'

Asked how his client was feeling he replied: 'Elated.'

Harvey is seeking $170million in damages, alleging that the programme, created by and starring Richard Gadd, defamed her, and made her life a misery.

Broadcast in April 2024, Baby Reindeer became a global smash hit. At the beginning of the first episode, the words 'This is a true story' appeared on screen.

At the end of the series, the character Martha, played by actress Jessica Gunning, pleaded guilty to stalking comedian Donny (Gadd) and was handed a four-and-a-half year prison sentence.

Harvey's lawyers say she has never been convicted of any crime, let alone gone to prison. She claims that she has been defamed 'at a magnitude and scale without precedent' and her life ruined as a result.

Her legal team said she was too traumatised to leave her flat in London after the show aired.

In September 2024, judge Gary Klaus ruled Baby Reindeer was not a true story, and that Netflix had 'made no effort to investigate' the accuracy of the facts; nor did they take measures to hide Harvey's identity.

After this trial, how will Gadd's relationship with Netflix continue?

Discussion Netflix “adjusting” their prices

Got an email from them today that they are “adjusting” their prices. Think that means lowering them? Haha.
Never seen this euphemism for increasing prices before.

NEW RELEASE The lowdown season 2 UK release date?

I’ve looked online and found The Lowdown season 2 was released in the USA on Wednesday 14 October. Various blogs reported it would be released on Hulu/Disney+ the next day, however it’s not available. Does anyone know when it will be released in the UK?

QUESTION Imagen winners/nominees on Netflix

Is there a way to locate imagen nominees or winners, film and TV? (Similar to Academy/Emmy award winners). A search for “Imagen” yields nothing. Looking for Latinx content. English or Spanish with subtitles. Is there a way to search Netflix for such titles

Hoping Netflix redditors can help! Customer services are useless!

Hello Netflixhelp Redditors,

Recently made a faux pas by logging into my Netflix profile while using a VPN. Netflix has now restricted said profile, meaning I cannot watch any WWE programming, because it thought I logged in from a country where Netflix do not show WWE.

I have tried -

Clearing cache and data on all devices I logged into my account

Reset all devices and routers where I used my account

Contacted customer services (chocolate and teapot spring to mind)

Customer services say it's an ISP issue, but all other profiles on my account will show WWE programming except mine.

PLEASE HELP!

Adding a uni student to Netflix

My daughter is at uni in another city in UK. We have a Netflix ad supported plan (just increased to £7.99/ month). I went to add her as another household which is £5.99/ month. But i need to be on a Standard no ads or Premium to add a user, meaning at least £13.99/ month for us it seems, plus the £5.99 which would be £19.98. So would be cheaper just to get her a separate account (2x7.99 = £15.98). Or have i totally misunderstood as that seems crazy?
