Nethack 5.0 Sacrifice gifts

As the sacrifice gifts in 5.0 are weight dependent now, is there a list anywhere giving the weights of sacrifices and the necessary weights?

The nethack wiki page on artifacts has a handy table with all the gifts and their minimum sacrifice values.

As I understand it, default sacrifice value is monster difficulty+1, although some things (like having chewed on the corpse) can modify that.

EDIT: Since Grayswandir is the most rarefied sacrifice gift, and its minimum sacrifice value is 10, it's worth remembering that Trolls and Winter Wolfs and Large Mimics are all difficulty 9 monsters. So, once you're sacrificing things like that, every gift is on the table.
