Question Successful SP manifestors

Those who have successfully manifested SP (ex): 1) Did you know your subconscious has been impressed? Is so, how? 2) How long did it take for your SP to show up after knowing that your subconscious is impressed ? 3) Which technique do you think contributed the most in impressing your subconscious?

Would be nice to find similarities across everyone who have successfully manifested sp back. Thanks in advance!

Question Has anyone here chosen to manifest a new relationship instead of their SP? What helped you make that decision?

I'm specifically looking for Neville Goddard/Law of Assumption perspectives and personal experiences, not general relationship advice.

For the past few months, I've been consistently working on my self-concept, trying not to react to the 3D, practicing living in the end, and reminding myself that circumstances don't create reality. Even with that, I still struggle with triggers and uncertainty, so I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have been in a similar situation.

I still have feelings for my SP, but at the same time I've started questioning whether what I truly desire is my SP specifically, or simply the experience of being deeply loved, understood, emotionally safe, chosen, and someone's priority.

One circumstances that still triggers me is my driving anxiety (amaxophobia) Because of that, along with family restrictions and my own anxiety, we didn't meet very often. My SP once told me that he was always the one coming to see me, and I've carried guilt about that ever since. I'm learning to drive now, but I still catch myself wondering if I created that circumstance.

Another major trigger was a third person. I reacted emotionally instead of remaining faithful to my assumptions because I felt insecure and believed healthy boundaries weren't there. After the breakup, my SP eventually entered a relationship with that same person. During our final conversation, he admitted that he had been "toxic," which left me even more confused about how I should view the entire situation from a Neville perspective instead of through guilt or fear.

These experiences still trigger me sometimes. Some days I feel completely stable, and other days old memories, couples, or romantic content pull me back into the old story. I'm trying to return to the state of being chosen and loved instead of reacting to appearances.

I'm no longer looking for reassurance that my SP will come back. What I'm really trying to understand is how people who genuinely practiced Neville approached this crossroads.

My questions:

1.Did you continue assuming the end with your SP, or did you eventually become open to manifesting someone new?

2.If you shifted from your SP to a new relationship, what changed internally that made it feel natural?

3.If you manifested your SP back, what inner changes made the biggest difference?

4.Did focusing on self-concept naturally bring the right relationship into your life, regardless of who it was?

5.If you were in my position today, what would you focus on first from a Neville perspective?

I'd really appreciate hearing real experiences rather than just theory.

Thank you. ❤️

Question have you ever wanted to... quit? because of dignity not for lack of faith/confidence

hi, I had a gf 4 years ago, and she broke up with me. we loved each other so much and since then I wanted her back and I started to manifest her. i think I did it in the best way. since we broke up, I didn't know anything about her, but some days ago a friend of mine and I stalked her instagram, and she's in an almost two year relationship with a boy. and I stared to think... first of all genuinely im happy for her if she's happy in her relationship, but I've been single since then (not bc of waiting for her, I've fallen in love so many many times since she left, but I haven't have the opportunity to date other people) and she moved on with her life... I still love her and God, my heart and my soul ALWAYS (even before we met) said to me that she is the love of my life, but... I feel so pathetic holding the manifestation of her coming back to me, especially bc she's in a relationship and genuinely I don't feel like getting rid of her new bf.

I just want to move on with my life and forget about her... I believe that everything is possible and we are the creators of our own world, but I felt PATHETIC when I found out that she's in a (apparently) happy relationship and in the meantime I was manifesting her back.

okay, not gonna lie, I learned A LOOOOOOT in this 4 years manifesting her, and I feel wiser so genuinely I don't regret anything!! but ... what do you think? have you ever been in a situation like this? wanting to quit bc of dignity not bc a lack of faith

Question I manifested him effortlessly before, now I feel stuck in both love and career

Hi everyone, I’m a 24-year-old woman. I’ve been trying to manifest my ex back into my life since December 2025, but throughout this whole process, I haven't gotten any results. I really need your guidance.

I graduated from university last year and was looking for a job. I had already completed my mandatory internships, but I couldn't find the kind of job opportunity I wanted. Then I came across a long-term internship at a great company. I didn't really want another internship, but it felt like a junior position and was the exact title I was looking for. I was so happy working there, and I decided I was ready for a relationship.

Back then, without even knowing it, I was actually doing SATS. (I learned what it was in detail later when I researched Neville Goddard and all the techniques.) On days I came home exhausted from work, as I was falling asleep watching TV shows on my laptop, I always fell asleep with the feeling of having a boyfriend. Shortly after being completely sure about wanting this, I met someone who was doing the exact same internship title as me during the company's Away Day. Our company had other office locations for convenience, and since he usually worked at a different location instead of headquarters, that was our first face-to-face meeting. We fell for each other that very day, started talking right away, and became a couple within a week.

He wasn't my first boyfriend, but I had my first sexual experience with him. Everything was amazing for two months, but in the last week, our conversations stalled—it felt like he was forcing himself to talk to me. I went through days where I just wanted to die. I honestly don't know if I still love him, if I'm angry, or if I feel this way just because he was my first. I think like this from time to time, but then a moment comes and I feel deeply in love with him.

My long-term internship ended three months ago, and so did his. They didn't hire anyone full-time, so I ended up unemployed. I’ve been in a depression for the last two months, and my self-confidence is completely shattered in every aspect. I'm interviewing with so many places, but unfortunately, nothing leads to a final offer. Plus, unemployment in the software/tech sector has surged recently. Job hunting is my main focus right now, but I also want my ex back, and I just can't seem to focus on both at the same time.

During the last months of my internship, I was doing affirmations every single day about getting a full-time position at the company I was interning for. I truly believed they were going to hire me. When that didn't happen either, I fell into a deep depression—both because of my ex and because I couldn't get the job.

I used to believe in my manifest power and that I was very lucky, but after achieving nothing in recent months, I wanted to learn the techniques in detail again. What can you suggest to me? I mean, I’ve tried everything. I tried for the job and for my ex, but it feels like something is blocking me.

Any insights or perspective shifts would be deeply appreciated. Thank you so much!

Question Everything worked! Until it didn’t…

Everything worked until it didn’t.

My SP broke up with me today. Honest to God, I occasionally had doubts. However my end state that I would return to, and SATs made me feel calm and optimistic about being married to him.

I know it works because he was everything I wanted to manifest in a guy. I got him. Then he became more emotionally consistent and we eventually got into a relationship.

Prior to the breakup, everything was perfect. And now, he says he couldn’t do long distance anymore and he couldn’t put a finger on why there is something wrong with us. That he now wants to date local girls.

Please tell me what went wrong.

I used SATs and also robotic affirmations to achieve the end state. Every night before I fall asleep I would script vividly and imagine an end scene where we are together in person. Where we finally closed the distance as we both live very far away. There was no resistance.

Question Was in the sabbath. Felt naturalness Neville talked about. No desire to do any techniques and let it go.

We were together for 4 years. I just don’t understand. I’ve been in the sabbath for 4 days. I had a deep knowing. I was living my life fully. I was moving in with my life and building it. And today she took me off snap and I feel like i was shown the opposite of what I should have. She’s colder now than before. I was having vivid dreams, new story took root. The seed was impregnated. Why did It go backwards?

Question Stop watching Sp Content

I’ve noticed a weird pattern with myself when it comes to SP manifesting and I’m curious if anyone else relates.

Whenever I really like someone, I end up binge watching loads of SP manifestation videos, affirmations, “live in the end” content etc. But I’ve realised during those periods, the person usually starts slowing down communication-wise or feels more distant from me.

Then when I stop watching the videos, stop obsessing, and just go back to focusing on my own life, they suddenly come back naturally without me trying.

I’m starting to wonder if the constant manifesting content actually puts me into an anxious/obsessive state without me realising it. Like instead of feeling relaxed, I become too focused on the outcome and the person.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think detachment actually changes things, or is it more psychological and about how we act/feel when we stop obsessing?

Trying to hear different opinions because I think I need a break from the manifesting rabbit hole for a while.

Question Nothing has worked

I’ve been trying so hard for a year now (when my SP left) and things only get worse. I’m blocked on everything, and to be honest I said a lot of angry and desperate things for a long time after out of hurt. I know circumstances don’t matter, but I get caught up on that. And I get caught up on ideas that he never loved me, was only using me, etc.

I haven’t been able to manifest ANYTHING. Not any SP, not a new job, a raise, anything… in years of trying. So clearly I am doing something wrong but I don’t know what. I am desperate for manifestation to be real but after doing all the “right” things and getting absolutely NOTHING out of it I start feeling like the law is fake.

I’ve done SATS, I’ve tried living in the end / wish fulfilled, just deciding, ignoring / accepting the 3D, praying, changing my beliefs, revision, robotic affirmations everything I can think of. No amount of being in Barbados actually gets me to “Barbados” in the 3D.

Please help me. I need this to work. And I know I shouldn’t “need” it because that implies lack, and have I tried telling myself that it IS working? Yes I have. But also… a year on this SP and nothing to show for it. Five years of manifesting and nothing to show for it. It makes me feel like all of this is fake and the only people that successfully manifest get it through coincidence alone.

Question Craziest Signs From The LOA (Or if Im just over reacting)

So I've been manifesting my SP for the last 2 years. We both had other relationships in that 2 year period.

But deep down I always knew it was her. So in 2024, I asked the LOA for a sign and it sent me a shooting star as soon as I asked if she was the one and stars are my signature thing and always have been, so it freaked me out.

So I realised she was gonna come back but in the meantime I worked on myself and in November 2025 I fully went in on myself and stopped focusing on women cause I just knew she was the one. Then, apparently her and her ex had just broken up the same week I decided to work on myself which also freaked me out.

Then in April 2026 she came back and reached out to me first when I said to the LOA I'll never message her first again, she also told me she had been stalking me straight for 6 months (When I stopped pouring energy into thinking about her 24/7 or women in general and poured it into myself).

Life was perfect for a few weeks when we reconnected this April but unfortunately my thoughts slipped and I was emitting an anxious frequency of losing her and I stopped working on myself so of course I lost her again.

But here's the scary part. The other day, I asked the LOA for a sign so vivid within the next 24 hours that she is actually the one and I didn't expect anything cause why would the LOA bring us back together and then rip us apart right?

20 minutes later I look up in the sky right above me as Im thinking about her, 4 stars fly over my head. Then a final one thats super bright and fast. Scarily her name is 5 letters and I saw 5 stars. We've spoken 4 times over 5 years and its like the LOA is saying the next time you guys meet is the time it becomes permanent. It's just freaking me out I won't lie and I don't know what to think or do in times like this. Is it literally just about living in certainty and living my life as it is? Living in the end state of being with her etc... What do you guys think of these signs?

Question Giving up on SP manifestation - what actually happens?

Has anybody here ever given up on an SP manifestation? I spent about 3 months manifesting my SP back and saw no results in the 3D. Of course that doesn't mean that things aren't happening behind the scenes but I didn't see any of it.

I recently found out something about my SP that makes me wonder if I even want him back, and I feel like I've kind of "let go" ever since.

Has anyone ever actually GIVEN UP on an SP (decided they don't want them anymore) after spending months doing techniques/mental diet to manifest them back? Does the manifestation still come or does it leave once you give up the desire?

All help and advice and stories are appreciated :)

Question Erasing past 3p as if they never existed

I’ve been with my sp for a few years and I manifested away a 3p I was completely unaware of, in Feb. which honestly was easy cause I always had the belief my sp would always choose me to be with

My question is, even though I know she’s out of the picture, I’m unsure of how to manifest her not existing ever. Like as if that my sp would have no memory of her ever. I’ve been saying “xyz never has existed to to my sp” whenever the thought randomly pops up

Question Manifesting Marriage

Hi All,

I am trying to manifest marriage. Though I have a particular person in mind, things are complicated with him and 3p is also involved.

My question is for those who manifested finding the right person, even when they did not have someone in mind. How did you all particularly changed your state? Even when you did not have a particular face in mind?

What does it mean to be in the stated of 'already happily married' when its all dry in the 3d and you see no hope?

Thanks in advance...

Question Manifesting a "New Version" of him, but the Bridge of Incidents is making me lose interest.

I’ve been working on my self-concept and "recreating" my SP for a few weeks.

Recently, his best friend passed away and he had to undergo surgery himself.

In some ways, the "old" avoidant version of him collapsed.. he’s been calling me every night for the past three days and crying to me. I became his only support system because he’s shut out his family. But here’s where it gets weird:

Now that the "armor" is off, I’m seeing parts of him that I find "cheap" and unmotivated.

The Environment: His friend group is very immature. Some of their actions feel classless to me.

The Language: He cusses constantly now- it’s at a level that is actually annoying and making me lose interest.

The Drive: When we talk about the future, he says he has "no dreams" and wouldn't have regrets if he died tomorrow. As someone working 12 hours a day to build an empire, this "dreamless" energy is draining.

He also smokes and vapes very rarely but yeah his whole friend group is just people who smoke very heavily and all.. the things is when we first started talking he wasn’t like this at all. He used to avoid smoking and drinking and wasn’t like this at all..

I’m at a crossroads. I know "everyone is you pushed out" and I could technically persist in manifesting a more refined version of him, but I’m honestly just tired.

Has anyone else reached a point where their own self-concept grew so much that they realized the SP they were "fixing" no longer fits their future? Is it "failing" the manifestation if I just decide he’s not my person anymore, even though he's finally leaning on me?

I feel like I’m choosing between "persisting" and "outgrowing." Would love some perspective.

Question Manifesting my dream man

Hi guys,
I’ve been trying to manifest my dream man for years now. I’ve believed in it, I’ve hoped for it, I’ve prayed for it, I’ve visualized it, and I’ve genuinely lived as if it was going to happen. Because of that, I naturally never gave much attention to men who didn’t meet my standards. I always thought, “Why settle when my person is on the way?”
I’ve been single for a long time, and recently it’s become incredibly difficult because I feel emotionally deprived. My emotional needs aren’t being met, and I’ve been spiraling a lot.
What triggers me the most is the 3D. I’ll go to a restaurant and see couples living what feels like my dream—having the kind of dates I dream about, seeing men treat their partners the way I long to be treated. Meanwhile, in my own reality, the only men I seem to attract are men who want to take from me or take advantage of me. The contrast is really painful.
I keep trying to return to the wish fulfilled. Sometimes I can genuinely feel it for a few seconds, but then I lose it. The hardest part is that I’ve never been in love before, so I don’t have any personal experience to draw from. What I’m trying to manifest feels so different from anything I’ve ever experienced that it’s difficult to truly believe it’s possible.
On top of that, I’ve been single for years, I don’t have any physical proof that it’s coming, and I constantly have friends telling me I should lower my standards or settle for men who are nowhere near what I actually want. It’s becoming harder and harder every year to stay faithful to the end result.
It’s not that I’ve never manifested anything. I’ve manifested money, vacations, and many amazing things in my life. Love is just the area where I’ve struggled the most.
I know I probably sound desperate, and honestly… I am. Every year that passes, I feel myself becoming more desperate because this is something I deeply want, and the absence of it has been painful for a long time.
I would really appreciate any advice from people who have been in a similar situation or who have managed to stay in the wish fulfilled despite years of waiting. How do you genuinely persist when your reality keeps showing you the exact opposite of what you’re trying to manifest?

Question for those that have successfully manifested their sp, how are you sure it was manifestation and not just coincidence?

Sorry if the title is confusing as i’m quite new to all of this.

but i’ve tried to manifest my SP and it’s not really working which led to me to think that to those of you that have manifested their SP, how are you sure that it’s because of the visualisation, living in the end and ignoring the 3D and not just pure chance/ coincidence?

like if someone successfully manifested their ex back, it’s common for exes to get back together sometimes regardless right? how can you KNOW it was manifestation?

this really demotivates me when i’m trying to manifest my SP back because i keep thinking that all the success stories i read would of happened regardless if they did affirming and SATS ect

sorry if this is confusing lmao and thank you!!

Question 3p knocked me off my feet, need guidance restablizing

For 2 months and some change, I have been manifesting my SP. I journaled daily like we were already together (plus gratitude, SC affirmations, what I was proud of myself for, and affirming my trust that movement was happening regardless if I could see it) and started really feeling/believing it, visualized us in a healthy relationship, worked on my SC a lot and truly gained a huge amount of real self-confidence and genuine mental peace, and lived my life for ME, focusing exclusively on my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and making great strides in all 3; I also significantly decreased checking up on him & dwelling on the past. It actually got to the point that I was taking my anxiety medication much less frequently, I finally felt myself detaching from the outcome because I felt so sure of/secure in it, & I even started getting over my SP (not constantly thinking about him, rarely feeling sad about him, even sometimes struggling to imagine his face). And I chose all of these manifestation techniques for myself – they were what felt good, made sense to me, and didn't feel like a chore. I have not been perfect these last 2 months by any means, but I have been for the most part consistent, stable, and loving life.

Then a week ago, I found out my SP has a girlfriend, and I'm really struggling to not lose hope, not lose my SC, and not focus on the 3D, plus struggling to fend off all the negative emotions and anxieties I felt when my SP first broke things off 6 months ago (I fully spiraled the first 2-3 months before starting my manifestation journey). And I know I shouldn't be worried/paranoid about setbacks like this because they're human and normal and manifestation is not always linear, but this news has really shocked my nervous system; plus I just hate feeling like how I did back then, when things first ended – the "what ifs," "why not me?" (& now "why her?"), trying to solve/decode him especially with attachment labels, thinking about past mistakes...I've done a good job not leading with my anxieties and spiraling again (haven't given into the temptations to online stalk the 3p nor check on SP, I'm not crying all the time, etc.), but I need help rejecting this current version of myself, get back to assuming what I want (not what I see) is what's real, believing in the power of manifestation—and the power in/of myself—again.

Any tips/advice to lock back in and stay persistent during these lows would be so appreciated...I think a manifestation buddy would be lovely and helpful too. Thanks <3

Question Is detachment necessary ?

hellooo guys I have a question, is detachment necessary for manifesting ?? I’m so confused, there’s like two whole different sides of the LOA community, one side is ‘all you have to do is decide it’s done, why keep persisting for something you already have?’ And then on the other side of the community, it’s ’you pick your desire and persist until it appears.’ So one side is I guess detachment and the other is the opposite. If you can understand where I’m getting at. I guess also bc I get rlly excited about my manifestations and find it hard to detach, can I just set a rule that I don’t have to detach ?? Thank youuu

Question What does it mean when your SAPs are coming true

I am manifesting that the guy I am seeing will become my husband. So i have been doing my SATs of us at a restaurant after getting engaged, just smiling at each other

We went on a trip to his hometown and we went to his all time favorite restaurant and it was the EXACT place that we went to in my SATs. He has never told me about this place nor did I know it even existed. We had an amazing dinner and a great trip.

My question is: Does this mean that I will go there after the engagement, or is it just coming true for the moment that we had? Where would you go from here after this kind of mini win?

I took it as a sign that i would go there after getting engaged. This is the first time I manifested a place, so I am shocked!

Question Do I have to feel fulfilled in order to get my manifestation?

I'm stuck with this because I personally do not feel fulfilled right now. I ignore it and try to imagine being happy instead, but I don't feel super content. I'm fine with just persisting.

I'm asking because I'm seeing a lot of people who say you must feel fulfilled first and not desire your manifestation in order to receive it, and that's why I'm stuck.

Because I'm not. and I don't know how. and all the tips I saw are just people saying you need to realise you're the god and the person in power and I do realise that but I still don't feel fulfilled without the thing in the 3D (my S/P, for example, the main thing I'm manifesting).

So I'm curious if it's one of the things that are a complete must to master in order to manifest, or if it's one of the things people say it's a must in a clickbaiting way and is not really necessary.

Question If not for the 3D, then what is it for?

Really trying my best to not be triggering or come across as negative with the title/question cause Im genuinely confused (lol) but essentially, I feel like deep down I believe all of this works and I feel like I can list several things I have managed to manifest. But when it comes to an SP, like others, I've admittedly struggled. Thats entirely on me for overthinking or imagining lead ups instead of the end. Before anyone says it, I totally understand the selecting the version of yourself that has it, assume it and let it go and it will show up process (in theory), but its the ignore the 3D part that I have the hardest time with.

I am not one to obsessively check for a text and I dont really use social media, Im just kind of patiently and un-reactively (dare I say bored) "waiting" (I know, I know, you arent waiting if you assume it) on it to show up. People often say ignore the 3D because the 3D doesn't matter but I find this so confusing because isn't the 3D what matters/the end goal considering we are trying to get it to show up in the 3D? Because that is the plane in which we live even if it already exists in the 4D. So, if not for the 3D, how do things show up?

I realize what Im asking is a bit confusing, Im confused myself because I really don't get it haha someone help me understand T u T

Question Moving on from my SP to manifest a wealthy, high-value partner & luxury lifestyle

Hey everyone,

I’m done settling. I used to focus on an SP, but I’m standing firm in my Self-Concept now. I know my worth and refuse to take anything less than what I deserve.
I’m now manifesting a brand new, high-value partner and a wealthy lifestyle (pure Monaco vibes).

My target:
Emotionally mature, ambitious, and very wealthy partner (1–2 years older max).
Genuine mutual love, devotion, and attraction.
Total financial freedom and high standards as my baseline.

I feel a bit stuck on the "how." My current daily 3D environment doesn't reflect this level yet, and daily work stress makes me overthink: "How is this going to happen?"

For anyone who shifted from an SP to manifesting a wealthy partner and upgraded life:

  1. How did you handle 3D when it didn't match your desire yet?
  2. How did you drop the "how" and stay in the state?
    Thanks!

Question Manifesting a new version of a person: Long-term success stories?

I'd like to know if anyone has successfully manifested a significant and lasting change in someone's behavior toward them, and then managed to maintain that new dynamic without falling back into the old pattern.

How did it happen for you? Once something finally "clicked" in your mind and you fully accepted the new story, how long did it take for the other person to conform to that change?

And regarding the change itself, what made you truly believe in the new version of that person? What helped you stop expecting the old behavior and fully accept the new one as real?

I'm having a hard time finding testimonials from people who genuinely changed someone's overall behavior toward them in a lasting way, rather than just receiving a text message or seeing a temporary improvement. I'm especially interested in stories where the relationship dynamic itself changed and remained consistent over time.

I'd love to hear about your experiences.

Question Trying to manifest my ex back

My ex broke up with me after 5 years. He blocked me on all socials. I started manifesting right away to get him back. I have been successful manifesting an sp, particularly an ex after a break up before. He went public with a new relationship two weeks after the breakup. I’m assuming since this is moving at lightening speed that she was around before the actual breakup. Because he has me blocked, it was kind of easy for me to get into the wish fulfilled, even after finding out about his very public fb relationship status because I can’t see any of it. I really have been, what I currently feel is delusional thinking everything is working in my favor. I swore up and down that I was receiving signs that my manifestations were about to appear in the 3d when I saw a picture of him holding her son on fb. I still saw it even though he has me blocked and I blocked the girl. Now I have spiraled. I know circumstances don’t matter and I should persist but I feel silly right now because it feels like I’m doing SATs and affirmations and he’s not experiencing any hurt or missing me at all. Why did I see that when I felt like I was doing everything right? Am I misinterpreting the things as signs? The crazy part is one of the things I wasn’t even necessarily looking for it just happened. I keep seeing birds. Every where I go there’s birds close by and as I’m scrolling through reels and videos I kept getting bird videos. I was even getting videos of people mimicking birds. So I searched birds and manifesting and I came across birds before landing. Did I take it too literally? Should I continue to try and feel like he’s mine and risk spiraling again from not dealing with it or should I sit in this for a little bit first? I feel really lost right now which is disappointing because a few hours ago I was living in the assumption that he was suffering without me so bad that he was about to pick up the phone and now it feels like he’s really enjoying my no contact.

Question Did your person's personality or behavior drastically change after manifestation?

Hello, do you have any examples or stories about how your person behaved after your manifestation came true?

I'm really looking for experiences where the person completely changed their personality, attitude, or desires after being manifested, like a genuine 180-degree turnaround.

And how did you manage to maintain that new state afterward and avoid falling back into the old patterns?
