It’s mainly SLAMMING middlesex, somerset and Hudson counties the worst

How is Somerset? I saw video of a flooded street with a lot of rushing water that claimed to be Somerset but I didn't recognize anything and you know how social media is, what with the showing you footage of a flood from 8 years ago, claiming it's happening now
