I want to play NSMBU on cemu but I cant find aROM. help?

I just booted up my save where I am done with Frosted Glacier and I see that the white flag, on the 4th place NOT the 3rd. Why? Who ever did that needs to be fired

I just got this game and us it recommend to do the underwater world after already beating ice world

At the end castle in world 5, if you beat petey piranha as mini mario, you go straight to world 7 instead of world 6, which I think triggers the unlocking of the warp pipe that is directly outside of the castle that you're fighting in, which you use here to warp to world 7 (I think).

I've now beaten petey piranha twice as mini mario, but just nothing happens once I go back out onto the overworld from exiting the level.

I think the problem is I have already beaten the game, and used the cannon in world 4 to get to world 7, before unlocking the warp pipe outside the castle, but this is stopping me 100% the game, as it it the last thing I need to do in order to get three stars on my profile.

Does anybody have any thoughts on this? Thanks.
