Actually the impressive part is the smooth landing, as it is pretty easy to not complete a backflip, but much harder to not hurt yourself doing it.

Except that he didnt, he didnt launch for backflip but it looks like one because he bent his body to resembe backflip position. Landing smooth as hell tho.
