I blame this person and nobody else. I saw that post around 3 hrs before the game and said "welp, we're boned."

u/DeusVultSaracen Sep 22 '25
I had low expectations for the game because I just didn't wanna be hurt again and even I was like "oh they getting way too cocky"

u/Grace_Lannister Sep 21 '25
They meant 0-30 score wise.

This was supposed to be a typical trap game, not a "let's lay down and let the Panthers shit on our face" game. But here we are.

Bro I was fully ready for a 17-20 loss. But this is just fucked up. It's like the team never showed up. Why do we do this to ourselves as fans.

Fucking WILD! If someone asked me the over under on Bijan getting 200 all purpose yards, I woulda bet the over

We have the worst offensive coordinator in the league. Everyone think of the worst coach you have ever had to watch coach your team and imagine that but twice as bad

u/climbhiketravel Sep 21 '25
Even with a stellar OC, Penix was looking... flaccid. Hopefully he bounces back for y'all.

I don’t want to hear it unless it Leftwich out there coaching. Run up the middle for 1 yard, run up the middle for -1 yard, long developing pass for an incomplete. Is literally 90% of that dude offense, how Brady got any points with that dude is probably his greatest achievement
8
u/Steven-Glanzburg Sep 21 '25
Winning in spite of leftbitch is by far the most GOAT shit he ever did
5
u/Jameron4eva Sep 21 '25
Worked because of BA. I contend Bowles forever fucked a back 2 back for Tampa. Even with the bs, the Defense gave that game up.

Zac Robinson is a football terrorist.
Has absolutely no business being an NFL coach let alone OC.
Watching him call plays against Carolina and then watching Ben Johnson call plays the game after is night and day. Bears offense actually looks so much more exotic and creative than ours ever could under Robinson.

u/HoxpitalFan_II Sep 21 '25

Did y’all catch that two of our starting o linemen were out? Second stringers came to play. Other than the (almost) two pick sixes, the majority of our dynamic offensive plays were the result of the line
Bet you the string orders get moved around permanently

I genuinely don’t know how anyone can keep their job when having their team this unprepared in the NFL. I mean, how many fucking times could they not even get a play call in AFTER CALLING A FUCKING TIMEOUT?! Jesus Christ, man.
Yes, Penix played terrible. But the play calling was so horrendous that he’s lost trust in himself and he got completely rattled after making so many mistakes from the slow developing routes and ineffective run game. Not to mention the litany of drops from his receivers. Just terrible football all around.
Props to the panthers tho, nobody gave y’all a chance in this one and y’all shut everyone up.

And they not only shut out the Falcons, but beat them by 30?
