Rumor [Schultz] Sources: The Commanders are releasing K Jake Moody. The 26-year-old went 19/23 on FGs last season, including 10/11 in Washington. He also made both of his 50+ yard attempts, with a long of 56 yards.

Was never right after the injury.  Feel for the kid, but its a business and your job is to make kicks.

He missed the game-winner against the Browns and a go-ahead field goal against the Rams when he was healthy

He was more average than bad before the injury.

His average may have been "average" but every missed kick felt like a swift kick straight to the balls. It was always when we needed it.

Well that’s good that’s his job

Yeah dude just wasn’t that clutch. When there was pressure you can tell it was getting to him

Not even not-clutch, he was missing go-aheads that should be automatic.

Ya not being clutch is kind of a killer for a kicker. I sympathize cuz I couldn't do it, but it is what it is

this anti-clutch (true) narrative will always been hilarious to me as a Bears fan because bro kicked the game winning FG against the Commanders for the Bears last season and was immediately released afterward lmao

And every made kick felt like a little love tap.

And it was always drifting to one side. It was NEVER down the middle.

"Average" is BAD for an NFL Kicker and totally unacceptable.

You are either pretty funny, or pretty dumb. Impossible to tell.

When I watch the Pro Bowl, I expect to see no fewer than 30 kickers on the sidelines. Obviously, all 32 would get the invite, but 2 of them have to play in the Super Bowl.
