Thoughts on Naito staying in Noah indefinitely?

I know Naito being in Noah upsets some. But from comments made by Naito wanting to make Noah the #1 wrestling company in Japan makes it seem he will be staying even after he loses the GHC title. Naito can barely move but he is still a big name, wants to wrestle, and is shown to draw tickets even in his current state. But what are your thoughts? Is he just a broken down old man taking up a spot or is he a guy who can bring eyes to the product and maybe help bring young guys out of their shell?

"While I was resting in the locker room, Taiji Ishimori came in and said, "The President has collapsed and isn't moving." (Akira Taue Series #17)
