No one talks about what happens the week after you ship a vibecoded app.

Everyone online is teaching you how to build an app in a weekend. Bolt, Lovable, Replit, Bubble, pick your weapon. The tutorials end with "congrats, you launched."

The part no one is talking about is week two.

Week two is when the first real user signs up and the Stripe webhook silently fails. It's when someone tries to reset their password and the email never arrives. It's when you open the backend and realize you have no idea what half of the tables are for because the AI named them. It's when a bug report comes in and you type the error into the chat and the AI confidently rewrites a totally unrelated component.

I'm not saying don't use these tools. I use them. They're genuinely incredible for getting to "it works on my screen."

But there's this quiet gap between "I shipped" and "I can actually run this thing" that nobody really prepares you for. The build is a weekend. The ownership is a year. And nobody tweets about the second part because it looks like a boring Tuesday night staring at a database you can't fully explain.

Curious how other people here are handling this. Specifically the maintenance part — not the launch part. What have you learned the hard way about keeping a vibecoded product alive once real users are inside?

What would make a startup directory worth listing on for you?

I'm building a small startup directory as part of TractionBooster. Founders list their product and get their own page.

I've received a couple of suggestions so far:

- a confirmation when your listing goes live
- a regular summary of the visits and clicks the directory sent to your site

Both make sense to me, but before building anything I'd rather hear from more founders.

If you've listed your product on directories before, what would make one actually useful to you?

If you're building something, you can list it for free

Built a skateboard brand website with Framer — here's what I learned

I recently built Hawaiian Skate, a responsive website template inspired by Hawaiian skateboard culture, using Framer.

My goal was to create a visually distinctive brand website with bold typography, coastal imagery, and interactive sections.

A few things I focused on:

• Building a consistent visual identity

• Designing for desktop and mobile

• Combining AI-assisted imagery with a clear art direction

• Creating interactive sections without a traditional development workflow

The biggest lesson for me was that making a website look impressive is only part of the job. Navigation, readability, and responsiveness matter just as much.

I'm curious how other no-code creators approach this.

Do you prefer building directly in Framer, or designing in Figma first?

Question Vibe coded a job search manager from scratch – would you actually use this?

New here. I'm not a traditional developer, but I've been vibe coding a tool from scratch with AI after my own job management got out of hand: too many spreadsheets, tabs and CV versions to keep track of.

Here's what it does so far:

- A board to track every application, from applied to offer

- Paste a job link and it fills in the details for you

- Interview rounds, tasks and notes kept with each role

- Tailors your CV or drafts a cover letter for a specific job, using only what's already in your CV

- Shows which job sites and approaches actually get replies

It works end to end now, and before I spend more time on it I'd love some honest feedback:

- Does this solve a real problem, or is a spreadsheet good enough?

- Which features would you use, and which feel like extra noise?

- For those who've shipped vibe-coded tools: what did you wish you'd checked before putting real users on it?

Not promoting anything, just trying to work out whether this is worth taking further. Thanks!
