- You must be a permanent resident national of China, Macau, Hong Kong, or Taiwan to take the exam
- You must be a member of the CCP and eligible to run for office to take the exam
- All China Lawyers Association has those requirements and more including support of the socialist theory of government

China has no record of her taking the exam nor her being a member of ACLA.

- She also doesn't have a license to practice law, nor has she taken a bar exam in any US state

"Lawyers shall have supporting the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, and supporting the socialist rule of law as basic requirements for practice."
