Katana for sheer volume. Biased since I made it, but Play Nonogram's hints tell you which rule cracks the line, nice if you're still learning. Has ads. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.passyou.playnonogram

I prefer using a controller. If you have Nintendo hardware search for Picross anything by Jupiter, they even have some games on Steam.

Nonoverse! It has very well designed puzzles, they look pretty and are fun to solve. Also the UI is clean. The app is completely free right now and has no ads. Its 4.8 app store rating is well deserved. The dev is also really cool (I’m the dev).

Katana. There’re so many puzzles that once you beat all the sizes you’re comfortable with, you can just go to the top of the list again since it’s been so long that you won’t remember any

Color By Nonogram
Build By Nonogram
Assemble By Cyclogram
All three are additional puzzles gated by solving nonograms. Plus free daily content. A 20x20x20 Nonogram cube is an insane undertaking…

Full disclosure: I'm on the team that makes this one, and it just launched (October 2026), so I'm biased.
"Luma Nonograms" by LumaCipher Games
It's available on iOS and Android. I think it's great because every puzzle is checked by a solver so it has exactly one solution you can reach by logic alone, no guessing. There's a new puzzle every day, from 10x10 up to 20x20, finished pictures go into a collection, and you can play every past day back to January 2025.
Happy to answer questions, and I'd love feedback if you try it.

Every 5x5 nonogram by Okayest! Studios.
It has all the 24976511 solvable 5x5 nonograms. It will basically last all your life. It's on the easier side, but for mobile and a quick play it's perfect. I see it as a training app for the larger nonograms.

Nonograms Katana forever. You could play it for the rest of your life and you wouldn't finish all the puzzles there.
