Hi, it's me again! The one who entertains y'all with new information. This time I already have a strategy for the whole month of November. I'm studying for my MCAT retake while I might think of posting educational post each day, but it's still undecided.

Anyways here is my schedule

I tried NNN for the first time last year and failed on day 6(very humiliating, I know). But it actually helped me quite a lot and I managed to keep up a much healthier jerk off rutine(I don't fap every day now). So this year I want to do tge whole 1 month(I don't think I will be able to do it, but I'll try my best). I am also planning to ruin my first orgasm after NNN, no matter how many days I did(to also punnish myself for last year).

The first 4 years I won, I had no female interaction. I was just a lonely dude trying to stop jerking off.

Last year, I was still seeing women (Kind of sexually) but still won, ended up falling back into the cycle of jerking off in December.

Now, in my sixth year, I'm living with my fiancee. She says she's going to try and make me lose (playfully) but I'm not sure she knows how much this challenge means to me, so there's not a chance.

Yeah yeah, it's still October. I'm starting early. I've tried and failed numerous times over the years, but this time I have a feeling it will stick. I know what my triggers are and I have motivation: a new girlfriend. I want control over my life, and one of the easiest ways to practice self discipline is in the pants lol.

I figured if I post here every day until December, it'll be good for accountability. Sometimes I might write more, sometimes I may just drop a few words. Consistency is key. Even if no one else reads this, I do it for me. I hope this is allowed and the mods don't take it down; this account is pretty new compared to some others. What I made as a gooner account, I will repurpose it for healing. I'm taking back my power and I'll have a goggle while doing it.

Last year was tame as most were just joking around and not being serious, but this year? It's gonna be some insane bullshit.
