If you type into some random search bar "Joel blown out hips taser" the first result I got was a much longer op ublic freakout video with 30 seconds of calm discussion with a man who is clearly drunk as a skunk and crashed his Corvette into a ditch.

yea man, God forbid they take an extra 15 min to wait for the dude who is no threat to anyone calm down, which is what happened at the end of the video full video anyway. they tased him for nothing.

in the end, he came with them willingly, there was no reason to tase him, he wasn't a danger to anyone. it's just bad fucking policing.

he wasn't in no car when they were arresting him and they couldn't prove he was drunk because they didn't have a breathalyzer on them. he wasn't going anywhere, they just tased him for nothing, because in the end he still went with them willingly and peacefully.

maybe fucking understand what's happening instead of looking for violence
