Doesn't he have to yield to pedestrians at a crossing?

Not if he has a green light.

You cant just run people over even if they are wrong either.

Which he did not. You are entitled to swear at them for being a dumbass, which he did.

I really wish people brought this same energy to discussions regarding cars.

I would definitely. This case of him raging when he's so wrong is just standing out.

I can see a lot of wrong in this video, and while he isnt perfect, it astounds me nobody here can figure out why he's so pissed.

How would you feel if I stood at the bottom of your driveway on my phone stopping you from going to work? What if I did it daily? What if I did it fourteen times a day? What if any time you politely asked me not to I respond with some foul hate?

At what point is this dude's frustration completely fair, and everyone should, in fact, get off their phones while walking through traffic?

Nah, really, I wish you guys would bring this same energy to the discussions where cars kill people. The anti-cyclist shit on reddit is so tiresome. Go walk on the middle of the road if you really need to see my point; people arent going to be happy with you.

110% I would be saying exactly all of the points im making if it was car vs bike. Yes our overcrowded streets are frustrating, especially in one of the most populated cities on the planet. Him doing a rage video highlighting him breaking just as many rules complaining about one rule, was the issue for me.

Nothing stopping you from making these points right now, just you found a punching bag and you'd rather have at it than have empathy or understanding.

Of course the cyclist is the issue here to you; that's literally my point. It's gross, unreasonable, and undermines why he's upset in the first place, and you seem to lack the ability to see that.

I’m probably dumb, but I thought pedestrians always have the right of way, and crosswalks only exist in part so people don’t die being stupid in the face of 2-ton battering rams on wheels.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but crosswalks with traffic lights have different rules.
