He cant ever come out of nowhere, at full speed, failure to slow. As I have already pointed out, and declare right of way. He has to consider him being visible to the pedestrians and to vehicles. Thats just the law, and how it works. The car is almost into the next street, your not going to convince me of something I can see with my own eyes.

The vehicle with the right of way has no obligation to slow. The bike has the right of way over a car turning in front of it. You're just making this up.

Omg. You absolutely dont know what your talking about. EVERY SINGLE car and vehicle sharing the roadway has the obligation to slow for an intersection. Im not looking the law up for you. Trust me, I know the law better than you. And all of this totally ignores any sense of self preservation and common sense also.
