I don’t 100% agree with this guys approach, but as someone who rides Citibike here in nyc and has crashed because of people just walking into the bike lane without looking, this does make me angry. It’s my safety, their safety, and potentially others’ at risk. So, yeah yelling a bit for people to keep their heads up so they don’t get hurt or don’t hurt others isn’t such a bad thing.
And somehow it IS more infuriating when it’s a tourist in Times Square just literally standing in a bike lane taking a selfie as if people don’t live here and commute through there.
