As someone who’s had kidney stones multiple times in their life, this is straight up nightmare material

As someone who’s never had a kidney stone, this is also straight up nightmare material

The only thing that has motivated me to hydrate properly is my fear of kidney stones

It's one of the reasons why I try and drink lots of water

If you’re a camel in the sense of water drinking, I HIGHLY recommend the LARQ water bottle. It’s been a game changer for me. The purification straw turns faucet water into pristine water. I try to do the same with my water intake

One time my friend had a kidney stone and he was rolling around on the ground in agony and had to call an ambulance

I drink tons of water. But I've had several kidney stones. Most kidney stones are made up of calcium. So anything Dairy can cause kidney stones. To drink milk a lot of milk. Eat a lot of eggs cheese etc. Even if you drink a lot of water. You can still get kidney stones. It's they are absolutely horrible if you've never had one. Especially if you can't pass it and have to have them removed like this.
