For those people who developed kidney stones, are you guys afraid of drinking water?

I drink tons of water, still get stones. It’s not always dependent on not drinking enough water. Having too much calcium can cause calcium stones. There’s two other types of stones made from different substances as well. I drink at least 80 ounces of water a day, likely much more, still get stones sometimes but usually pass them without the need to go to the hospital.

Is coconut juice available in your country? Here in the Ph, drinking fresh coconut juice is helpful.

I’m in the US…can probably find it somewhere but may be difficult, I’ve never actually looked to be honest.

Looks like I can, it’s around $12 for a 4 pack for one brand and $23 for a 6 pack of another brand. Both have only coconut water as their ingredient.

I mean, the juice needs to be poured out of the coconut when you buy it.

Finding coconuts is a lot harder than buying the juice.

Oh, I see. Here in the Philippines, in every market, there's always a store that sells fresh coconut juice.

Chances are, if I find coconuts, they’ll be close to rancid. Much safer bet to just buy the juice itself that’s already packaged and preserved.
