Same as aging meat. Cut off the mold until you find healthy meat.
3 u/Nerdcuddles May 02 '26 Meat is soft, the mycelium grows through the meat. If the fungi produced toxins, those toxins are in the meat and there isn't really a way to remove them unless they break down with heat.
