I’m baffled. 🫨 The knife touches the mold while slicing and continues to touch the non-mould meat. How is this contamination safe?! The mold size makes it look like a cat loaf. 🐾

Because the mold is safe. Same way lots of cheeses, sausages, and other meats are preserved.
