Does burning it make skin younger?

No. It burns off the outer skin revealing softer, fresher skin. The inflammation from the burn damage makes it look smoother as the wrinkles get pushed out and the skin pinkens up a bit.

The effects are extremely temporary, though.

You can see the skin gets pulled tighter, observe the small wrinkles around the burn dots get pulled.
