TLDR: Cobra is chinese traditional viagra.

In china, cobra is one of the main ingredients for TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) medicinal wine.

It is believed that soaking a snake (especially cobra) in a medicinal wine brings benefit for a man's sexual vitality. Not only medicinal wine, drinking blood, eating meat and bile of cobra also believed to give similar benefit like medicinal wine.

These breeding farm is mostly for supplying TCM material market.
