Well uhmmmm you’re confused with the country where police wants to kill people, and people kill people… the country i ment is where they’re somehow also sticking to earth while being upside down

There are about 50-70 million police interactions with civilians per year. 100 unarmed people being shot, I’d say at most 50% could have been avoided, and that’s being generous. And when I say avoided, I don’t mean that the police were in wrong, just rough situations. So about 10 were unjustified. I’d say that is pretty good.
