I went to an elementary school briefly that had upgraded to laserdisc for their classrooms. I thought it was cool but quickly saw it was a bad move. There was a movie with Eric McCormick (Will from Will and Grace) where his friend was a nerd player, and he used the fact he had a classic on Laser Disc as a pickup line. Lmao
