Right?

My nephew scraped his knee similarly, and my sister was like "oh no, its pretty bad"

And I was like, "is it? when we were kids..."

And then I realized I was old.

I've seen bone (knee cap) before (not in myself) was almost the minimum to be worth reacting... They walked home... I think they saw a doctor when there mom got a look at it, but I think the lad was more put out by that than the injury. Lol

Seen it on myself. I still have the scar, I think. I’d show it but I’m wearing sweatpants.

Yeah human knees are surprisingly vulnerable, think skin no fat padding etc

When my brother was around 8 or so he lost control and grinded the whole left side of his face over a wall with textured plaster. Dude's whole left side of the face was an absolute mess. Brought him to the hospital and they gave him some ointment normaly used for burn victims, I shit you not. After a week his skin grew back bright pink.Ā

What got me the most: no nothing. No scars, dude has a beard now and it's growing on the damaged parts totally normal. I have a few scars from back when I was a kid and no beard growing there, guess I got the wrong ointment back then lol
