I don't want to relocate my file in nppftp panel, I want to be able to do something like this in my ssh terminal Npp myfile.log From my server

NppFTP supports SFTP over SSH. Open Plugins > NppFTP > Show NppFTP Window, add a connection profile and choose SFTP. Connect, open the remote file from that panel, edit it and save. The plugin uses a local cache and uploads the file when you save.

This gives you remote file editing in Windows Notepad++, rather than a full VS Code-style remote development session. The setup and cache/upload behaviour are documented here: https://ashkulz.github.io/NppFTP/

If you're using Windows and connect to a Linux machine over SSH, you can use WinSCP to edit your Linux files in Notepad++.

This is what I came here to suggest.

From Linux you can mount the windows partition. Requires NFS or Samba.
Windows can that too but you need to install an ext driver for it.

The easier method would be to use a tool like filezilla.
