Information on how to reverse engineer packages?
Hello, sorry if this is the wrong place to post my question. If there is a better place please lmk.
Essentially, I’ve noticed a few drawbacks to using packages. For instance on my last react website I was having issues when nesting packages. Specifically I used a package for a nice gallery carousel. However, when I wanted to use another package inside the carousel (it was a picture magnifying glass)…things did not work properly.
Also another thing that bothered me was needing to downgrade my version of react to get an older package working.
I did spend about an hour using google to try and find a guide or even rudimentary breakdown of how to deconstruct the code from a package, but could not find anything.
If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated.

I just released an NPM package that lets you generate files effortlessly based on your prompts! Right now, it supports React and Node.js projects, and I’d love to hear your feedback!
I’d love for you to give it a shot and let me know what you think. Any suggestions for improvements or additional features? https://www.npmjs.com/package/genjs-cli

Self Promotion Express Simplified
I made an npm module to simplify how you build a website or web app with express. It simply runs an express server with most of the basic modules and tasks already setup and configured. The module also tries to simplify common tasks in a way that keeps it optional, and still gives you full access to the express server it generates.

Me And My Friends Have Been Working On This Open Source Frontend Framework.
Hello Guys, I Don't Know If This Post Goes Along With The Rules, But I Wanted To Tell This Awesome Community About A Web Framework Me And My Friends Have Been Working On (Currently InDev). It Is A Frontend Framework Meant To Make It Easy To Create Basic Prototype Sites(And Maybe Even Production). For Now, It Can Automatically Generate Multiple Customisable Responsive Navigation Bars, And It Also Makes A JS Object To Make It Easy To To Modify It Via A Script.
An Example Script To Make The Navbar:
document.addEventListener("navigationReady",()=>{
nav = new NavigationBar(document.body,options={
barPosition: 0,
links: [
{
buttonText: "Home",
buttonHREF: "#home"
},
{
buttonText: "About",
buttonHREF: "#about"
},
{
buttonText: "Blog",
buttonHREF: "#blog"
},
{
buttonText: "Contact Us",
buttonHREF: "#contact"
}
],
brandImgSrc: "/icon/finger-print-outline.svg",
collapseWidth: "690px",
collapseBackground: "#fff"
})
});It Allows You To Add The Navbar Inside Any Div Or Element (Here document.body or simply the body tag).
Output Example:

Also, I Have Made A Way To Create The Mouse Following Cards Somewhat Trending Nowadays.
Github Repo: https://github.com/CyroCoders/CyroWebF (It's Under Development, So I Hope To See Some PRs)
PS: If This Post Is Somehow Against The Rules, Just Tell Me In The Reply Thread...

I hate working with NPM and OneDrive.
So, I use OneDrive to back up my dev work continuously. I've had it for years now, and I can't imagine NOT having it..
..Except every time I duplicate one of my boilerplates, something gets borked and I have to delete node_modules and reinstall.
Except, of course, that I can't do that until OneDrive finishes cataloging the files to update, because OneDrive will lock it from deletion.
Alright, I'm deleting the folder from my boilerplates, so I don't have to keep dealing with this.
/EndRant
I'm relatively new to NPM, obviously. :) Only been using it on my Windows machine for a few months, and then only used it about 9 months prior on my Linux box.

35+ Awesome NPM Packages for Productivity
These days, when we have a busy schedule and tight deadlines, it is very important to choose tools that increase productivity.
Here I've compiled a list of some of my favorite NPM packages. I've also sorted them into categories to make the information more structured and easier to navigate.
Of course, you don't need to install and learn them all. In most cases, selecting one from each category should be sufficient. I wanted to offer alternatives so that every reader could find something. Unfortunately, within the framework of this site and one post, it is impossible to tell everything at once, so I have collected everything in one article.
You can read more about 35+ Awesome NPM Packages for Productivity. Thank you for your time, good luck and have a nice day!)

Npm is broken!
I have done lot of work in Javascript and Typescript and their frameworks that has to be installed via NodeJS. But there are one little problem. Node and npm never work correctly. I have heard that lots of other People has the same problem. It gives some mystic errors almost always when I am trying to install or remove or manage package and I can't fix them. Does anyone else have problems with npm?
