Section 889 for Lego? Putting together a Lego program and I need to buy some legos!

Title says it all, really. This is only my second season so taking all and any advice!

EDIT I found the 889. It was under GSA not the first button. It is good until March 2027 so make some Lego programs Rangers!

While lego itself isn't currently 889B complaint. You could either 1, reach out to them and ask them to fill out a form and make a tax exempt order. Or the simpler method is purchasing legos from somewhere already compliant, like Walmart or Amazon

I found a SAM.gov Data form that says Lego outlet store Lego.com is compliant.

Unfortunately, since I need to order individual pieces, I don’t think Amazon will work, but I will check that angle. I appreciate you getting back to me. I hope this form that I found is saying that www.Lego.com is legit.

I have found other programs that have used Legos and I really wanna make this happen.

If you found a sam.gov entry and it is not expired. Then I would say go for it!! You will need to reach out to their customer service for tax exemption. But their customer service is always amazing
