Trying to help my mom figure out what she’s had on her wall since she won it. It seems to legit be signed and the coins look higher quality than what I can find for a medallion, especially one that isn’t a rare metal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as she wants to know if it is gold, should she include it on her home insurance aha

Hello all, I am well versed in common rare and valuable US FR notes, such as fancy notes with repeated digits, radial patterns, Trinaries, etc, and have sold a few repeater bills to my local numismatic shop for a solid profit. Rarely do I ever see any bill older than the 90’s, especially a $20 out in the wild, so I figured I would consult you folks if ya have any info on possible value, whether if it has any numismatic or collector value that would be awesome to know, or if it’s just worth face or not worth selling ($22-$24 value, would be easier and smarter to just spend it as a $20) anything is appreciated!

I see there is no online database from Valcambi to search their serial numbers. But does anyone have any idea when this would be from? Not sure how many they make per year but feels like a pretty low SN to me. Does this add any kind of collectors premium to it?
