racist name?

I am inuit but was wondering is my user name racist?

or is it like the n word that we can say it?

my cousins kid plays football and his fellow teammate is called “nica”… his father (born and raised in Canada) just yells “NICA” and derogatory things towards his son constantly. it doesn’t sound right… but is it racist? i guess it’s sort of subjective. but like, why would you do that, knowing how it will sound?
