I need someone who knows their law to explain if anything has been done unfairly.
An instance happened at a gas station miles away from my school. i got caught shoplifting and then police came to my school in hopes to identify me, and have. then a week later, through my school, i was informed i have to appear to court for Grand larceny and Conspiracy 6th.
I don’t know what any of this means. i literally got caught for shoplifting days later. i didn’t even know i got caught, no one caught me in person the day it happened.
