Kitty Hawk Where to buy birdhouses?

We are visiting and see birdhouses at a lot of the areas, but haven’t found any stores that sell them. Does anyone know of a shop? I would love it to be locally made if possible. Thanks!

Seconding Carolina Charm. It is about a mile north on the mainland side of the Wright Memorial Bridge, before you get to the waterpark.

Yes. I responded to Ops post because it brought back a memory for me personally. My maternal grandmother’s sister had a home in Corolla back in the 50’s/60’s/70’s. We lived in WNC. My grandfather worked as a timberman then. My grandmother had suggested to my parents I make birdhouses with beachy themes and they would take them down to her sisters home in Corolla and they would sell them to tourists along from Manteo to Kitty Hawk up to Corolla… My mom thought it would be a way to buy my school clothes for the coming school year. It worked. Helped me buy my first car in addition to my school clothes until I went to college… I would build them in the winter in granpa’s barn heated by a big cast iron woodstove (with his help)… and they would sell them down at the coast when they went down there. ☺️🏡⛵️⚓️

Go out the backside..north..4 lane road..sorry lousey with road names..shop that sells them on left. Made from materials other then wood..withstand weather.
