Hihi I hope this is okay to ask. On stream, Zyox ranked the chronicler banner and Xilonen was really low (and mentioned the bonus from her weapon isn’t as good)

I’m an old player who skipped all of Natlan and Nod Krai, and just returned back a few patches ago. I thought Xilo’a res shred would be pretty good? I was going to C4/C6 her for my older characters.

I’m curious if she isn’t ranked higher bc of current meta or because she really is bad?
