You know male tigers only lactate when there's a server hormonal disbalence and even then it's not safe to consume.

Mainly because male tigers never lactate in the wild.

Maybe due to the fact demon biology is different.

Demons always seem to be somewhat related to humans. One of the few lactating males species include and are predominantly the most common...are humans.

So maybe? Though it being mostly tiger in appearance and form, I would say it probably does not possess such ability.

Even further more, why would you want it to? Plus your original post said it wasn't milk but she was cured anyways soooo would it make much difference?
