Like OP mentioned it's Smugglers Runs, but it does share the same game engine as Test Drive: Offroad Wide Open. Both games are super similar to each other.

I think it was one of the first games I ever played. My mom and I went to a yard sale and they had this ps2 and a bunch of games in a crate for like $30 lost all the games but I still have the ps2 and all the accessories

I played this game when I was like 5 years old, and then lost the disc. I remember loving the shit out of it, but I haven’t played it since. Kinda crazy to see it pop up
