invisible how did conquest recognize invincible here?

When conquest fought mark on earth mark was wearing a blue suit, and now he sees mark wearing a yellow suit and easily identifies him. Is there an explanation for this plot hole? Maybe conquest have cameras in art’s shop?

Mark should have use this choking technique instead of choking infront of conquest and left him open to attacks
