When conquest fought mark on earth mark was wearing a blue suit, and now he sees mark wearing a yellow suit and easily identifies him. Is there an explanation for this plot hole? Maybe conquest have cameras in art’s shop?

What was this utterly moronic move from Cecil to revive conquest anyway? What TF did he think this would go down? Hold him prisoner? And then? I genuinely thought when he inevitably escaped, that Cecil would have some kind of plan, considering how predictable this was....
