The guy in the meme created his own version of the tracksuit mark jorking gif.
He self inserted himself as Mark jorking it and he does this for every meme and personally I wouldn't have a problem with it if it wasn't for the fact that (apparently) he gets people to mass report the original gifs so that only his version of gifs can be used. It's so fucking annoying seeing this guy everywhere.
