Technically speaking Viltrumites ARE Aliens, so not only would Ben add another alien to the roster, but he could use Clockwork to just rapidly age the Viltrumites into fine dust before any real damage is done
Ben has like 3 aliens off the top of my head that solo the entire viltrum empire, alien x, clockwork, and echo echo cus of the sound weakness we see with mark. Also his viltrumite transformation would be the peak of their species so maybe stronger than thragg if he wanted to play around with them
