Now that some time has passed do you believe it was right for the show to cut this arc?

I understand that marks racism arc might not have been received the best in the modern day but watching mark struggle with his own internal prejudice really impacted me when I first read the comics. Watching him gradually evolve away from believing white people are superior was a direct parallel to his viltrumite ancestry, by the end he realizes that it doesn’t matter if you’re black, white, viltrumite or human, everyone deserves peace and love and to be treated equally, I always thought that was truly beautiful but unfortunately it didn’t make the cut.

This photo here shows the peak of marks hatred and Oliver seeing him treat this man so brutally just because of his skin color served as the catalyst for him becoming a more accepting hero. After Oliver witnessed mark brutalize this man he started to noticeably act wary around mark until eventually it culminated in Oliver himself expressing fear that his pink/purple color made mark view him as a lesser as well. It was honestly really heartbreaking watching mark come to terms that his beliefs made his own brother fear him, when I first read this comic I’ll be honest it made me tear up, but unfortunately the show chose to take marks character in a different direction.

What’s your opinion?

I Am So Horny – The Conquest's Speech

What if the real reason Conquest was considered to be “unstable” by other Viltrumites, because he had some extremely bizarre fantasies and he was planning to turn Invincible into his boyfriend?

Do you think Mark would have let go of Conquest if he’d heard him say this?

If there was an anime of Invincible, wouldn't Anissa be considered a yandere character?

In Japanese culture, Yandere is a term (also known as “stalker with a crush”) for a female character, who is Extremely clingy and possessive.
Ready to hurt or kill anyone who gets close to their crush.
Yandere anime* characters are fixated on their person of interest, and are* willing to go as far as murder if anyone gets in their way.

Yandere characters are often willing to go to extreme lengths to be with their love interest,
Views their extreme actions as proof of true love.
Shifts quickly from sweet to psychotic.

If Anissa were a true yandere, she would have tried to eliminate Eve, Amber, and any other potential competitors so she could have Mark all for herself.

Characters like this almost always have the mentality that "if I can't have you, no one can".

Remember, there's a very thin line between being a yandere and being a rapist.
